MadeGood Foods
The Situation
MadeGood has been a well-known name for years now - but the greater goal was to make sure every household knew they had a better-for-you snack option available to them. Not just because it’s free of the top nine allergens, or made ethically, or in Canada… but because it’s actually good. Our task was to position MadeGood as a “treat for the senses,” moving away from the sole narrative that it was only a brand for those who cared about wellness.
The Solution
Leaning on multiple different tactics to make the brand a step “cooler” in a short span, we got to work:
Led a social collab with Delta Airlines for the launch of MadeGood snacks on domestic planes with a custom animated video by @lisaolierookmedia which saw 1.1M views
Supported a Coachella giveaway that gained 9K+ entries and gave the brand ample content to use across social
Filmed paid assets for retailers as ad placements on behalf of the brand - our in-store Costco post garnered 2.6M+ views, notably over performing on impressions
Assisted in bringing a billboard in Times Square to life
Facilitated content output through managing multiple content vendors
Led the creative and concept around a “fake flavour” April Fools’post, which became one of the highest performing posts for the brand, of all time, with 66.6K impressions and 1.3K engagements. Consumers loved the idea of a Nanaimo Bite so much, that they were insisting we make it real!
Spearheaded sponsorships/donations for nearly a dozen key organizations and moments, such as an Amazon Prime Creator Trip, the Toronto Fringe Festival, an Uber Eats activation at the Calgary Stampede, and more
In a few short months, we brought organic engagement up to a stellar 6.4%, increased Reels views by 46% and achieved 2.1K+ follower growth. We’re just getting started!
